John Smith, of Niceville, was appointed the new general manager of Testville Utilities on October 5th.
John has worked for the past 10 years at Huge IOU in Milwaukee as a senior support staff engineer, working with account executives to provide engineering assistance to large electric and gas customers.
He has prior experience with engineering firms in Wisconsin andMichigan, as well as in private industry in the energy and aviation sectors. John earned his bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering frolm the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
